I diversified our revenue streams by expanding into e-commerce, orchestrating live events, and developing cross-brand marketing initiatives. This comprehensive approach to growth resulted in a 33% Y-o-Y revenue increase, demonstrating the success of our expanded market presence.

Additionally, I worked Podcast Producer for the "KSRW: Don't @ Me" podcast hosted by Justin Simien, I managed all aspects of production from concept to launch.
I coordinated guest booking, supervised editing and post-production, and developed promotional strategies that helped establish the show as a vital platform for discussions about culture, creativity, and representation in entertainment. Working closely with Justin, I ensured each episode maintained the show's signature blend of insight and irreverence while delivering meaningful conversations that resonated with our audience.
During my work on Netflix's Dear White People Season 4, I played a crucial role in bridging creative and production teams. I synthesized complex writers' room discussions into actionable insights and facilitated clear communication across departments. My contributions included providing strategic script coverage and story development input, where several of my narrative suggestions were incorporated into the final production. I took pride in ensuring seamless alignment between the writers' creative vision and the practical requirements of production, helping to maintain both artistic integrity and operational efficiency.

One of my proudest achievements was leading cross-functional collaborations with major streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu. These partnerships culminated in a Shorty Award-winning social media campaign for "Bad Hair" that showcased our ability to create compelling, platform-specific content that engaged audiences across multiple channels.
As event producer, I conceptualized and executed two milestone events that deepened audience engagement with the Dear White People franchise. I spearheaded the five-year anniversary screening of the original film, managing all aspects of the event from venue selection and talent coordination to the creation of exclusive merchandise and promotional materials that captured the film's enduring impact and cultural significance.
In response to the societal upheaval of 2020, I produced "Dear White People: The Curriculum," a virtual event that brought together the creative team and talent behind both the film and series. This timely digital gathering, coinciding with the series finale, created a space for crucial conversations about policing, LGBTQ+ representation, and the role of comedy in processing trauma. Through careful curation of discussion topics and thoughtful moderation, we facilitated meaningful dialogue that connected the show's themes to the ongoing movement for racial justice in the wake of George Floyd's death. The event demonstrated the series' continued relevance while providing our audience with a platform for reflection and engagement during an unprecedented time of social change.
